This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.3 to settle the land as contemplated under Section 8-A of the OPLE Act, 1972.

As it appears, the petitioner has not approached the authority concerned in prescribed form for settlement of the land. Thereby, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to make application in the prescribed form before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if he is so advised.
