Mr. J. Patnaik, learned Government Advocate obtained instruction to the effect that as per the eviction notice issued under Sub-Section 5 of the Orissa Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, eviction of unauthorized occupation programme inside the premises of JMFC, Mohana was fixed on 19.09.2022 and accordingly all families are evicted from the unauthorized occupation and all the unauthorized constructions are demolished .

In view of such position, Mr. Prusty, learned Counsel for the petitioner contended that he does not want to press this writ petition. 5.
