Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Looking to the serious grievance made in the Writ Petition and as this Court finds, the Petitioner has already made a representation to the Collector, Angul, O.P.1, vide Annexure-2 series pending consideration of the Competent Authority, this Court finds, the present Writ Petition is not entertainable. However, in disposal of the Writ Petition, this Court directs O.P.1 to enquire into the matter to find out the truthfulness in the allegation of the Petitioner and also to find out appropriate resolution involving the Petitioner by undertaking the completing exercise within two months from the date of communication of this order along with copy of the Writ Petition.
