This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners for anticipatory bail, involving offence punishable under Sections 341/425/323/34, I.P.C.

On perusal of the F.I.R. it appears that, all the offences are bailable in nature. Therefore, there is no apprehension of arrest of the Petitioners.

Further, the learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that after completion of the investigation, the I.O. may add further higher offences in the charge-sheet.

In such view of the matter, this ABLAPL is disposed of with the liberty for the Petitioners to approach this Court again, if any higher offence(s) is added by the I.O.
