This interim application has been filed by the Petitioner for extension of time to surrender before the court below vide order dated 26th April, 2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid Criminal Misc. Case.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 4.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the averments made in this application, the time to surrender of the Petitioner before the court below is extended to another four weeks from today.

Till the date of surrender of the Petitioner, he shall not be arrested pursuant to the N.B.Ws. issued.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
