This CMP has been filed assailing the order dated 4th August, 2022 (Annexure-5) passed by learned Senior Civil Judge, Bolangir in I.A. No.37 of 2002 (arising out of C.S. No.108 of 2022), whereby an application under Order XXXIX Rule 7 C.P.C. was rejected.

This matter was listed on 10th October, 2022 on which date a prayer for adjournment was made on behalf of the Petitioner. Today, learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for an adjournment to which the Court is not inclined to entertain. 4.
