Mr. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel states that the order dated 13th July, 2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.5449 of 2018 stands complied with inasmuch as the benefit of exemption from payment of tax has been extended and the amount of subsidy has also been released. Learned proxy counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not dispute if the present Contempt Petition be rendered as infructuous. 2.

In view of the above, the present Contempt Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
