1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner, seeks a direction from this Court to the Opposite Parties more particularly the Opposite Party No.3/ Block Education Officer, Dhamnagar, in the district of Bhadrak for exemption of house building loan through salary deduction scheme taken by him at the time of Super Cyclone 1999-2000.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has filed a representation before the Opposite Party No.3/ Block Education Officer, Dhamnagar, in the district of Bhadrak ventilating his grievance. But the same is pending since 20.08.2022.

Since the Petitioner has approached the Opposite Party No.3/ Block Education Officer, Dhamnagar, in the district of Bhadrak seeking redressal of his grievance by way of representation, let the Opposite Party No.3/ Block Education Officer, Dhamnagar, in the district of Bhadrak dispose of the said representation dated 20.08.2022 of the Petitioner within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a copy of this order along with a copy of the Writ Petition.

6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
