This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No.963 of 2022, pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Berhampur, arising out of Gosaninuagaon P.S. Case No.76 of 2022, for offences under Sections 406/419/420 of IPC. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Berhampur, by order dated 07.09.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the order of rejection.

Considering the nature of the allegations and the punishment prescribed and the petitioner being in custody since 20.05.2022 and as charge-sheet has already been filed on 05.08.2022 as stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this

Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. 7.

Additionally it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once every 15(fifteen) days till conclusion of trial.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
