This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with C.T. Case No.275 of 2022, pending in the Court of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar, arising out of Nayapalli P.S. Case No.22 dated 14.01.2022 further corresponding to C.T. Case No.06/182 of 2022, for offences under Section 394 of IPC. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar, by order dated 01.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the criminal proclivity of the petitioner inasmuch as there are 16(sixteen) number of cases pending against the petitioner notwithstanding filing of the chargesheet on 26.06.2022 under Section 395/412/413 of IPC, this Court is not inclined to consider the bail application at this stage.

It shall be open to the petitioner to move the learned Court in seisin over the matter at a later stage.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
