Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

The writ petition involves highly belatedness. The order impugned was passed in the year 2013. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted the reason of belatedness. Coming to the nature of the order impugned herein, this Court first of all finds there was appearance of the parties in the proceeding involved disposal in 2013. Consequential certified copy of the impugned order at Annexure-1 also obtained by the petitioner himself in September, 2018 and we are in September, 2022. There is no reasonable explanation as to why a party is coming to High Court after 9 years. Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed on the sole ground of belatedness.
