1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner, seeks a direction from this Court to the Opposite Parties more particularly the Opposite Party No.2/ Chairman, State Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training, Bhubaneswar, Odisha to issue a formal order of appointment regularising his services in any Group-D vacancy in its establishment with effect from 30.05.2012 as per General Administration Department Resolution dated 17.09.2013 on completion of ten years of satisfactory service.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner has strongly relied on the order dated 25.08.2022 passed in W.A. No.363 of 2021 wherein the case of another person has been allowed to be considered by the Division Bench of this Court.

5. It appears that in the said Writ Appeal the order dated 23.03.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.9437 of 2013 by the learned Single Judge has been confirmed. Learned Single Judge vide the said order directed the Opposite Party Nos.2 to 5 to regularise the service of the Petitioner which has been confirmed by the Division Bench of this Court.

6. In such view of the matter and in the light of the aforesaid orders of this Court, the case of the Petitioner shall be considered by the Opposite Parties within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order along with a copy of the Writ Petition.

7. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
