On perusal of the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim, this Court is not inclined to exercise its jurisdiction under Section 439 Cr.P.C. at this stage. It shall be open to the petitioners to renew their prayer for bail at a later stage, if so advised. ( V.Narasingh ) Judge Dhal
