Alleging non-compliance of direction contained in the judgment dated 18th January, 2018 in W.P. (C) No. 11674 of 2014 that the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar is required to record 'the land in favour of the Petitioner in so far as his purchased land is concerned within period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order', the Petitioner filed this contempt petition. The Petitioner prayed for implementation of the order. 3.
When the matter is taken up today, a memo has come to be filed by the counsel for the Petitioner, wherein it has been stated that the Petitioner does not want to proceed further as the order of this Court in W.P. (C) No. 11674 of 2014 stands complied with and accordingly he prayed for permission to withdraw the contempt petition.
