1. The Petitioner's representation dated 21st August, 2021 under Annexure-5 shall be examined by the Collector, Sambalpur, and after issuing notice to the Petitioner as well as Opposite Party Nos.5 & 6 and giving them an opportunity of hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 19th September, 2022 and the said order be made available to them not later than 26th September, 2022. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter.
