It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has not yet surrendered. It appears that the petitioner is deliberately violating the order of this Court by not surrendering in time despite repeated opportunities.

Considering the above conduct of the petitioner, I am not inclined to keep the bail application pending any further, which is therefore, rejected.

Learned court below is directed to take necessary steps to take the petitioner into custody as soon as possible. 5.

The BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
