This matter is taken up through video conference mode. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This Contempt Petition involves non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 8.6.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.17277/2021. Reading through the order dated 8.6.2021, this Court finds, in disposal of the Writ Petition this Court directed the Tahasildar, Dasarathpur to consider the representation of the Petitioner at least within two months. The representation of the Petitioner involved herein intended to take immediate steps to stop the illegal and unauthorised construction of a building over Government land.

Today Mr.Panda, learned counsel appearing for the Contemnor on instruction makes a statement that the representation of the Petitioner has already been attended to by the Contemnor and action as appropriate is also undertaken.

Keeping this statement made in Court, this Court finds nothing survives to be adjudicated in the Contempt Petition, which is disposed of accordingly.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the Parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's Website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Notice No.4798 dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
