This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel.

The petitioner, in this CRLMP, challenges the inaction of the opposite party nos.1 & 2 to register the complaint filed by the petitioner on 19.04.2022 under Annexure-2 as F.I.R. 4.

Learned counsel for the State submits that in the meantime, the complaint of the petitioner has already been registered as Tirtol P.S. Case No.620 of 2022. Hence, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. 5.

If the petitioner has any other grievance, liberty is granted to him to move the concerned Superintendent of

// 2 // Police. In the event, such a motion is made, the Superintendent of Police is directed to look into the matter in accordance with law.

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.
