Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves the following prayer:- "Under such circumstances the Petitioner therefore pray that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to admit the Writ Application, issue Rule NISI calling upon the Opp. Parties more especially Opp. Party No.2 and 3 to show cause as to their inaction and indifferent attitude of not to release the subsidy amount of Rs.1,14,200/- which is 25% of her Loan Account in favour of her Diary shall not be declared as illegal, discriminatory and malafide one. And upon showing no cause or insufficient cause the rule be made absolute by allowing the Writ Application with a subsequent direction to the Opp-Parties more especially Opp-Party No.2 and 3 to release the subsidy amount of Rs.1,14,200/- which is 25% of her Loan Account in favour of her Diary forth with.
And to pass any other Order or Orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper.
And for which act of kindness, the Petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray."

It appears, on the selfsame issue the representation vide Annexure-2 at the instance of the Petitioner is pending before the Branch Manager of Allahabad Bank, Baghamari Branch. This Court
// 2 // finds, the Writ Petition is premature at this stage. However in disposal of the Writ Petition, this Court directs Opposite Party No.3 to finalize the request of the Petitioner in Annexure-2 working it out within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order along with copy of the Writ Petition by the Petitioner. 4.
Free copy of this order be handed over to learned State Counsel.
