Wherever "the Tahasildar, Udala, O.P.6" finds place in the order of this Court dated 28.11.2022 stands corrected as "Tahasildarcum-Revenue Officer, Gopabandhu Nagar, O.P.7".

As a consequence of correction incorporated, the appearance date of the Petitioners fixed to 9.12.2022 is shifted to 21.12.2022. 3.

With this modification, the I.A. stands disposed of. 4.
