1. This is a petition seeking refund of a GST claim pertains to some transactions which took place in 2017-18, for which there is a statute and a whole procedure for claiming refund under that statute. The Court therefore does not propose to entertain the shortcut of a representation and disposal of such representation. It will be open to the Petitioner to seek any other appropriate remedy that the Petitioner may have in accordance with law.

2. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
