Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Instant I.A. is filed for extension of time for the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below which has expired in the meantime.

This Court by order dated 16th September, 2022 had directed the petitioner to surrender before the court of learned Civil Judge-cum-J.M.F.C., Rourkela on or before 28th September, 2022 in connection with 1.C.C No.222 of 2017 and to be released on bail while disposing of CRLMC No.2582 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not comply the said direction of this Court due to circumstances narrated and hence, for extension of time.

For the reason stated, the I.A.
stands allowed.
Consequently, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Civil Judge-cum-J.M.F.C., Rourkela on or before 20th January, 2023 in connection with 1CC No.222 of 2017 in compliance of the Court's order dated 16th September, 2022 passed in CRLMC No.2582 of 2022.
