This is an unnecessary litigation brought to this Court in Order No.
spite of full knowledge of the Petitioner that the issue involved herein is to be claimed from O.P.2, which is completely outside the State jurisdiction. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition with liberty for the Petitioner to move under appropriate State jurisdiction.
