This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

This Contempt Petition has been filed by the Petitioners for noncompliance of the order dated 05.05.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.10625 of 2022.

It appears that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by the authority vide its order dated 15.7.2022 under Annexure-3 to the contempt petition.

4.

As such, the contempt petition is dropped with liberty to the Petitioners to file separate writ application challenging the decision taken by the authority vide its order dated 15.7.2022 under Annexure-3 to the writ petition.
