The present Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order dated 3rd of February, 2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.38771 of 2020.

At the time of hearing, Mr. P.K. Mohanty states that the aforesaid order stands recalled vide order dated 02.12.2022 passed in RVWPET No.226 of 2021. Hence, the present contempt has become infructuous.
