Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the election of Opposite Party No.5-Sri Ranjan Kumar Puhan as the Director of Opposite Party No.4-Sailog Service Cooperative Society Ltd., Keonjhar.

In course of hearing Ms. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail the remedy under Section 67-B of the Odisha Cooperative Societies Act, 1962.
