This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner also belongs to S.C. community. Therefore, no case is made out against the Petitioner under the S.C. & S.T. (P.A.) Act. Further, in absence of any certificate, this Court is unable to come to a definite conclusion.

In such view of the matter, the Petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below and move an application by filing a certificate. On his surrender, learned court below shall do well to pass appropriate order on production of certificate by the Petitioner. 5.
With the aforesaid observation, the ABLAPL stands disposed of. 4.
