The petitioner in this CRLMP seeks a direction to the dispose of C.T. Case No.8/269 of 2014 pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar within a stipulated time.

Learned counsel for the State submits the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar is in seisin over the matter.

In such view of the matter, this Court directs the petitioner to approach the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar for redressal of his grievance. In the
