Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

Petitioner has filed this application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. for anticipatory bail, involving offence punishable under Sections 294/341/323, I.P.C.

On perusal of the F.I.R. it appears that all the offences involved in this case are bailable in nature. Therefore, the ABLAPL is not maintainable, as there is no apprehension of arrest of the Petitioner.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
