Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Even though learned counsel for the Petitioner advances his argument on the ground taken in the Writ Petition but however considering the award already conferred to the beneficiary in the year 2019 and the nature of the interim order in entertaining the Writ Petition, this Court finds difficulty in entertaining the request made herein at this stage of the matter.

In the circumstance, this Court declines to entertain the Writ Petition at this stage and dismisses the same. The points raised here be kept open to be decided in appropriate proceeding. 4.

The Writ Petition stands dismissed but however with above observation.
