1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. This petition has been filed by the Petitioners to restore WPC (OAC) No.1506 of 2014 to file which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 26.08.2022.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that due to his oversight the cause list on 26.08.2022, he could not attend the case at the time of call. As a result of which, the case was dismissed for non-prosecution.

5. Considering the submissions and averments made in the Petition, prayer is allowed. WPC (OAC) No.1506 of 2014 is restored to file.

6. The CMAPL stands disposed of.
