Heard Mr. B.C. Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 3.

Mr. Mohanty serves a copy of the show cause on Mr. Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner in Court today and submits that on conclusion of investigation in connection with Kasia Marine P.S. Case No.48 dated 29.10.2017, Final Report has already been filed as Annexure-B/2 enclosed to the show cause. In such background, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed further in the matter. 4.

Accordingly, the contempt proceeding is dropped. 5.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
