This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Standing Counsel. Perused the records. 3.
This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. Further, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that he is being summoned by the Police and being harassed.

Considering the nature of allegations made, gravity of the offence and the fact that the Petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R., it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioner by the Arresting Officer in connection with Tangi P.S.Case No.165 of 2022, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
