I.A.NO.879 OF 2023 1.

This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking modification of order dated 20.09.2022.

3.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that inadvertently in place of S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar, S.D.J.M., Khurda has been reflected in the cause title as well as on the body of the bail application.

Considering such submissions, learned counsel for the Petitioners is permitted to carry out the necessary correction in the cause title and the body of the bail application .

In view of such submissions necessary correction be carried out in the order dated 20.09.2022.

In view of the aforesaid modification, four weeks' further time from today is granted to the Petitioners to surrender as per order

// 2 // dated 20.09.2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) each by each of the Petitioners in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court Bar Association within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the said deposit.

It is made clear that, if cost is not paid within the aforesaid stipulated time, then the extension period to surrender shall stand automatically revoked.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
