ORDER
29.07.2022 Order No.
04.
This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2.
Heard Mr. B. Satpathy, learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 3.
The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the Order dated 09.05.2019 passed in O.A. No. 2989 (C) of 2017, by which the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack, by observing that the Petitioner was transferred only within the same block and she could not have raised the grievance against such transfer order, wherein it has been mentioned that the transferred teacher are relieved from their duties w.e.f. 10.07.2017 and that by the time the alleged Interim Order of no coercive action was passed by the Tribunal, the relieve order had been acted upon, dismissed the Original Application filed by the Petitioner.
4.
In the above view of the matter, we do not find any error apparent on the face of the Order impugned passed by the Tribunal, so as to warrant interference with the same.
5.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition merits no consideration and the same is hereby dismissed.
