This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioner seeking modification of the order dated 20.09.2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid writ petition. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 4.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that since the financial condition of the Petitioner is not sound, he is not unable to arrange a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to furnish cash security. 5.

Considering such submission, the order dated 20.09.2022 is modified to the extent that in 5th paragraph, in place of

"Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh)", "Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand)" be inserted.

In view of the aforesaid modification, the time to surrender of the Petitioner before the court below is extended to another four weeks from today subject to deposit of a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand) in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court Bar Association within fifteen days hence and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of deposit.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the stipulated time, time extended for the Petitioner to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
