Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3.
In this CRLMP, the petitioner seeks for a direction to the Director, Directorate of Public Prosecution, Odisha (opposite party no.2) to take a decision on the grievance petition filed by the petitioner on the engagement of Sri Santosh Kumar Mund, Senior Advocate of Orissa High Court vide Office Oder No.8084 dated 01.12.2021 by the Superintendent of Police, Cuttack in Mahanga P.S. Case No.05 of 2021 as he is taking steps against the interest of the informant thereby a fair trial cannot be conducted by him.
// 2 // He further submits that though highlighting all his grievances, the petitioner has approached the Collector, Cuttack by filing a grievance petition under Annexure-8 and though the same was sent through Registered Post, however, till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to the said Collector to take a decision on the above noted grievance petition within a specific time period. 3.
Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the Collector, Cuttack to take a decision on the above noted grievance petition of the petitioner under Annexure-8 in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. This Court further directs the petitioner supply a copy of the above noted grievance petition while presenting the certified copy of this order before the Collector, Cuttack. 4.
Accordingly, CRLMP is disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
