This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Petitioner has filed this application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. for anticipatory bail in a case involving offence punishable under Sections 341/323/324/294/34, I.P.C.

On verification of the F.I.R. it is found that all the offences in this case are bailable in nature and therefore the ABLAPL is not maintainable, as there is no apprehension of arrest of the Petitioners by the police.

In such view of the matter, the ABLAPL is disposed of as not maintainable.
