This writ petition involves the following prayer: "The petitioners therefore pray that Your Lordship's may graciously be pleased to admit this case, call for the records and after hearing the parties, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleases to direct the opp. party no.2 to consider the representation field by the petitioners under Annexure-3 and further direction may kindly be given to the opp. party no.3 to construct the above said canal by using home pipes up to the ends of the business concerned area. So that petitioners will not face any immense water logging difficulties in front of the shops and show rooms for the greater interest of justice.

And fro this act of kindness the petitioners shall, as in duty bound ever pray."

On the self same issue, it appears, Annexure-3 is pending Order No.

before the Collector, Keonjhar-opposite party no.2. Finding the writ petition becomes premature at this stage, this Court disposes of the same with a direction to the Collector, Keonjhar-opposite party no.2 to consider the request of the petitioner vide Anenxure-3 and do the needful at least by completing such exercise within a period of one month from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioners but however keeping in view the urgency involved therein.
