Petitioner has a simple prayer to direct the Chief Administrator, Shree Jagannath Temple, Puri-Opposite Party No.2 to conclude the proceeding vide Sadhi Bandha as per the Case No.9/2012 within a reasonable period.

This Court finds, this is the second round of litigation. This Court finds surprise in non-disposal of the proceeding as yet. In the process this Court without entering into any such controversies at this stage, simply observes, in the event the Sadhi Bandha as per the Case No.9/2012 is still pending, the same should be disposed of invovling all the parties concerned, within a period of three months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner.
