This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

This is an application for extension of time to surrender. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The present Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking correction of the case number in bail application. 5.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to correct the case number in the body of the application in Court today. 6.

Accordingly, the order dated 20.09.2022 stands modified to the extent that "C.T.Case No.640 of 2022" appearing in Paragraph-4 of the order dated 20.09.2022 be corrected and read as "C.T.Case No.646 of 2022". The rests part of the order shall remain intact. 7.

In view of the aforesaid modification, four weeks' further time from today is granted to the Petitioner to surrender as per order dated 20.09.2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) by the Petitioner in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the

// 2 // Orissa High Court within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the said deposit. 8.

It is made clear that, if cost is not paid within the aforesaid stipulated time, then the extension period to surrender shall stand automatically revoked.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
