1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. A. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. A.P. Das, learned ASC appearing for the Opp. Parties.

3. It is submitted that the order passed by the learned Tribunal on 01.07.2016 under Annexure-1 was confirmed by this Court in its order dtd.13.08.2018 in W.P.(C) No.11821 of 2018.

4. It is further submitted that seeking compliance of the order passed by the learned Tribunal when a Contempt Petition was filed, this Court vide order dtd.24.12.2021 in CONTC(CPC) No.533 of 2016 directed the Opp. Parties to comply with the said order.

5. Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that subsequent thereto vide communication dtd.21.02.2022 under Annexure-4 though the matter with regard to compliance of the order has been referred to O.P. No. 4, but till date no action has been taken by the said Opp. Party on the claim of the Petitioner in terms of the order passed by the learned Tribunal.

6. Considering such submission this Court while disposing the writ Petition directs the O.P. No.4 to take appropriate action on the communication issued by the CDVO, Ganjam under Annexure-4 within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of this order.

7. The writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and directions.
