This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for settlement of land bearing Khata No.553, Plot No. 642/1417, Area Ac-0.575 dec. Mouza-Ganpur, Tahasil-Begunia in the district of Khurda in her favour within a stipulated time.

This Court is not inclined to issue any direction to the authority for settlement of the aforesaid land at this stage. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to make appropriate application before the authority in accordance with law, if she is so advised. If such application is filed, the authority shall consider the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
