This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 3.

The order dated 18.05.2023 passed in I.A. No.999 of 2023, arising out of the aforesaid bail application, is modified to the extent that each of the Petitioners shall deposit a cost of Rs.200/- (Rupees two hundred) each as has been directed instead of depositing a cost of Rs.700/- (Rupees seven hundred) each.

Accordingly, the time to surrender of the Petitioners before the court below vide order dated 20.09.2022 passed in the aforesaid bail application is extended by a further period of four weeks. 5.
