1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode. Order No.

2. This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order dated 13.08.2019 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., G. Udayagiri in G.R. Case No.67 of 2014 wherein N.B.W (A) has been issued against him. 3.It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was allowed to be released on bail by the trial court, but when he could not appear on the date fixed before the trial court, N.B.W (A) has been issued vide the impugned order against him. The petitioner is now ready and willing to cooperate with the trial and as such, N.B.W (A) be quashed.

4.Considering the facts and submissions made, this Criminal Misc. Case is disposed of with an order that if the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin over the matter and moves for bail within six weeks hence, the Court in seisin over the matter shall allow him to go on bail on such terms and conditions including the condition that he shall cooperate with the trial and

// 2 // recall the N.B.W (A) issued. If the petitioner does not surrender within the time stipulated, there is no impediment on the part of the trial court to execute the N.B.W (A) issued against the Petitioner thereafter.

5.Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
