This writ petition involves the following prayer:- "It is therefore humbly prayed that your Lordships would be graciously pleased to admit this writ application, issued notice to the Opp. Parties by considering the facts and grounds stated above and issue a direction to the O.P. No.3 to cause an enquiry on the above issue involved and further direct to disburse the payable amount in favour of the petitioner under Kalia Yojana and PM Kishan Samman Nidhi Yojana within a stipulated period.; And / or pass any other suitable order(s)/direction(s) as your Lordships deems fit and proper;"

Considering the prayer made in this writ petition and as a representation at the instance of the Petitioner on the selfsame issue is still pending before the Opposite Party No.3, this Court without
// 2 // expressing any opinion on the claim of the Petitioner, directs the Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representation at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-3 and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner.
