Heard learned counsel for Petitioner and the learned counsel for the caveator a 3rd party apprehending that there might be interference in the earlier order of this Court passed in disposal of W.P.(C) No.14940 of 2022 on 27.06.2022.

This Writ Petition involves the following prayer:- "It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue a writ of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 12.08.2022 under Annexure-1 after declaring the same as illegal and bad in law.
And may pass any such other order/orders, direction/directions as this Hon'ble Court deemed fit and proper to give complete relief / justice to the petitioner." 3.
At the commencement of hearing of the matter it has been brought to the notice of this Court that the Petitioner has already vacated the plot involved herein in the meantime. This Court finds, no cause of action survives in this Writ Petition at present. It is, at this stage of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner brought to
// 2 // the notice of this Court the aspect of pendency of a representation at Annexure-3 appearing to be a request under the provision of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood & Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014. This Court has no such assignment. It may be open to the Petitioner to approach the appropriate Court for appropriate relief involving the Annexure-3. In the process in disposal of the Writ Petition this Court taking into account the earlier direction of this Court in W.P.(C) No.14940 of 2022 observes, the order passed herein may not block the process of working out of the direction of this Court in W.P.(C) No.14940 of 2022.

With the above observation this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
