This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to upload the R.O.R. in respect of Plot No.203/1061 to an extent of area Ac.3.00 decimals under Khata No.277/257 situated in Mouza Jhadakata under Chandbali in the district of Bhadrak in the Bhulekh Portal of the Government of Odisha. 3.

Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that due to communication gap, the Tahasildar, Chandbal could not file affidavit as directed vide order dated 5th January, 2022. However, the R.O.R. has already been uploaded in the Bhulekh Portal of the Government of Odisha. 4.

In view of the above, this Court taking a lenient view disposed of this writ petition with a direction to the Tahasildar, Chandbali to supply a copy of the uploaded R.O.R. to the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of seven days from date of production of certified copy of this order before him.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
