Heard Mr. B.K. Nayak, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. P.R. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. J. P. Patnaik, learned Government Advocate.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.3 to consider the representation made by the petitioners, wherein they have prayed for settlement of the land in their favour.

This Court is not inclined to accede to such a prayer made by this petitioners by giving direction for disposal of the writ petition. However, the petitioners are at liberty to make application in the prescribed format for settlement of the land, so that the same can be considered and disposed of in accordance with law. 5.
