In course of hearing, Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to pursue his remedy before the Central Registrar of Cooperative Society, Government of India-Opposite Party No.2 and the Chief Executive and Chairman, Humara India Credit Cooperative Society Ltd., Kolkata-Opposite Party No.3.
